Q: What are your payment methods

A: We use two main forms of payment methods: Wordplay who is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group which can be used by anyone all over the world. Wordplay accepts a wide variety of credit and debits cards and is a very safe and secure way of paying online. We also use Paypal and this can be used by existing and new customers all you need is a credit or debit card and a valid email address.

Q: What other payment methods do you accept?

A: If you are not familiar with buying online you can place your order over the phone Monday to Friday between 9.00pm - 5.00pm, simply call us on 07960001357 to place your order.

A: Yes we ship worldwide,

PLEASE NOTE: : Our average time for delivery to central America, Canada, Asia, Japan and Australia is usually around 10-18 working days. Please note if you are placing an order from Nigeria, Africa, India, Philippines, South America, delivery time can take up to 2 months to arrive, mainly due to overseas customs regulations. Please contact us if you want to find out more about shipping to your country.

Customs charges: Anything posted or couriered to you goes through customs to check it isn’t banned or restricted and you will need to pay the right tax and ‘duty’ (customs charges) on it. Q: Can I return my item if I am not fully satisfied?

A: Yes of course you can, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can send your item back. This must be done within 7 days of the item being purchased. Once we have received the unused item a refund will be processed minus postage costs.

Q: What if I live outside of the U.K can I still return my item:

A: We are happy to loan specific items or advise on suitable pieces for articles/photo shoots. Please email: [email protected] for more information and a press release.

Q: Is all your stock on the website?

A: We often have many items waiting to be listed on the website. If you can't see what you want, drop us a line - we may well have something in stock that is just what you are looking for

Q: Do you have a printed catalogue?

A: No we do not have a printed catalogue as our stock is ever changing and a printed catalogue would not be viable.

Q: How often do you add new items to your website?

A: New items are added to the website every week. There is no specific day when new items will be added, so to make sure you don't miss out by checking our website regularly.
